These hound collars are suited to any size hound. Our collars speak for themselves. They were hugely popular at Crufts. The leather that is used in the Large hound and greyhound collars is 4mm - 4.5mm thick and Whippet collar is 3mm-3.5mm thick and 2mm-2.5mm thick for the Italian Greyhound collar.

When you have placed an order for one of these collars would you please send us an email with your dogs head measurement. This should be the measurement around the widest part of the dogs head and should include the ears. This is so that when the collar is fully open it will just go over the dogs head. Please do not allow for any extra room as we will do this. If you would also like to send us the measurement around the dogs neck where the collar would normally sit, that would be helpful as in some breeds the neck can be wider than the head. Sheepskin lined collars.
All our hound collars come with option of being lined in the most beautiful black Merino sheepskin the wool is approximately 5mm.
